It's All Love Mentorship Program
Purpose: Equip youth (12–18) with social-emotional skills, creative expression, community leadership, and career readiness through culture-forward mentorship rooted in LOVE.
Program Pillars (aligned to IAL):
- Community – service & civic engagement
- Positive Mindset – SEL & resilience
- Culture & Creativity – music, art, sports
- Entrepreneurship – apparel & brand-building
- Charity & Love – empathy in action
Format: 9–12 month cohort + alumni track; hybrid (community site + periodic virtual)
Structure: One-to-one mentoring + small-group sessions + capstone service/creative projects
🧭 Theory of Change (Practical & Measurable)
- If youth develop trusted adult relationships, express identity through culture, and lead meaningful community projects,
- then they build protective factors (connection, self-efficacy), skills (SEL, collaboration, entrepreneurship), and pro-social behaviors,
- leading to improved wellbeing, school and career readiness, and long-term community leadership.
Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Outcomes:
- Inputs: trained mentors, IAL brand & venues, curriculum, partnerships
- Activities: weekly mentor meetups; monthly workshops; quarterly showcases; community service days
- Outputs: # sessions, # hours mentored, # projects completed, # families engaged
- Outcomes: ↑ SEL scores, ↑ school engagement, ↑ positive identity & hope, ↓ behavior incidents
- Long-term: alumni mentorship, jobs/paid internships, community events led by youth
