Program Purpose

The IAL Love Leaders Mentorship Program empowers youth ages 12–18 to build confidence, creative skills, positive identity, and community leadership using the pillars of music, art, sports, charity, and LOVE.

Grounded in the IAL mission, the program connects young people with passionate mentors and opportunities that nurture their talents, uplift their community, and inspire long-term growth.
